Emerging companies require access to the best people and advice when they can least afford it. Leaders will provide you with a seat at the table of the most influencial business people who provide the knowledge and networks to assist you to grow your business.
Together with our Industry Experts and Industry Partners, we’ve helped many leading companies grow, exit or enter new markets and territories.
It's not by chance we understand that being successful in business means you need support, guidance & mentoring. This is why we created Future Leaders.
With a focus on skilling up the Founder/CEO of the business, Future Leaders provides exclusive access to personal, professional and business growth, trade, and investment opportunities.
Each year Leaders selects up to 16 leading companies to become Future Leaders Members. Members formally participates in the Future Leaders Series for 12 months, followed by a further 2 years involvement as an Alumni Member.
The Future Leaders Series is designed to provide the latest knowledge on key issues facing Founders and CEOs in growing their businesses into national and/or international organisations.
Our Industry Experts are selected based on their experience and understanding of the challenges facing growing companies and are here to guide and support you with:

The Future Leaders Series operates five bi-monthly forums at the Kooyong Lawn Tennis Club during the first year, along with 10 Connect Events.
Each Series is facilitated by an experienced entrepreneur, investor and mentor who will also provide an individual one-on-one mentoring session to every Future Leader. At the conclusion, Future Leaders graduate at the annual Graduation Awards Dinner. These companies remain engaged for a further 2 years as Alumni Members.
Members will allocate 4 hours of their time for each session. These sessions are separated into 2 key components:
Enjoy a strategy luncheon focusing on your immediate challenges and opportunities, followed by 2 Knowledge Workshop sessions and a facilitated Special Guest Case Study. Each of the Knowledge Workshop sessions and the Special Guest discussions are guided by a professional facilitator and tailored around the specific content desired by the Members.
Hosted by our Advisory Board and Industry Partners, these sessions are truly inspiring and provide some of the best networking opportunities with Business, Industry & Government leaders. There will also be a range of external professional development programs and social networking events available as organised from time to time.
The Industry Experts represent top industry professionals from a broad range of disciplines. These Industry Experts provide valuable education, mentoring and networking opportunities for our Members throughout the Series in a trusted and safe environment.
Each year Leaders selects up to 16 leading companies from all nominations received to become Future Leaders Members.
